The Artscape Theatre Centre celebrated Women’s Month, addressing critical issues that face South African society and women from all walks of life. The programme was packed with exciting, inspirational workshops and breathtaking productions. The organisers of the Artscape Women’s Week recognize that women face widespread abuse and strongly believe that change is necessary. WHEAT was a choice participant in the activities and is acknowledged for their tenacity in giving women a voice to effect positive social change.
